Vintage 1970s Krups Type 223 Coffee Mill Grinder Doc Brown Back to the Future. Krups Type 223 Coffee Mill Grinder. The grinder is in great working condition, very clean vintage regular used Condition. It comes with the coffee reservoir, the reservoir lid, and the grinder lid.

This is also the same mod grinder that was used to build Doc Brown's Mr. Fusion" in the 1985 movie "Back to the Future. In this listing we are very pleased to offer a most complete version of the legendary Krups type 223 coffee grinder.

Krups called it the Coffina Super. This is the version in White/Off-White.

What is special - you can also call it complicated - about this grinder is that the beans go in on top (the reservoir), then pass through a grinder part that is completely distracted from eyesight and then the ground coffee ends up in the removable receiver (with lid). Apart from the wonderful oval shape another nice design detail is that next to the transparant lid two small round facing windows where created so you can look at the beans in the reservoir. It is also stamped with Krups on the grinder. The exterior is entirely made of ABS plastic.

It is unknown who designed the 223. The best indication would be "the Krups design team". Please see all pictures as they are part of the description. I have thoroughly photographed and described the item to the best of my ability.
