Jura automatic coffee machine impressa c 65
Up for sale is the Jura Impressa C 65. It was sent to Jura in January/Febuary of 2020 along with another machine. It was received at the beginning of the Pandemic with a repair sticker but its never worked the same as before. Everything cycles, but I believe a hose was never reassembled during the repair- the coffee doesn't come out of the spout but pours into the grounds tray inside the machine. I tried to contact Jura immediately after it was received, but their office was closed because of Pandemic.
After months of this, having paid for a machine that doesn't work properly but no way to contact customer service, my wife bought a Nespresso machine and this has literally sat inside on a table in my office since. I paid for the repair, I can send the recipt.
